Tutu

Tutu designed and created for an independent class taught by Nina Reed. The 8-piece bodice is flatlined with coutil, with draped elastic sleeves, spiral steel boning, and a hook and bar closure in the back. The tutu consists of a coutil lined Basque with 10 layers of ruffled tulle and a hook and bear closure. The tutu is topped with a layer of iridescent fabric and a scalloped cover.
